Keyword Density: Online Marketing SEO Strategy

If you are involved in online marketing then you are aware of the many seo strategies out there. Are you caught up in the keyword game on your site? Meaning, your sole purpose of creating content is to drive traffic by loading your blog with keywords. Does the content within your blog disappoint your potential clients, once they get to your site, because it is so keyword dense? Many online marketers know keyword density drives traffic to their site, but is it worth all that traffic if it doesn’t convert into sales? Absolutely not!

For years I was caught up in the seo google game where I did just that; stuffed my pages with keywords. It drove a ton of traffic but I believe it scared away the majority of my potential clients. The conversion rate was horrible for most of my sites just a few years ago. Once I started writing to my hearts content and stopped focusing on adding keyword after keyword phrase; I enjoyed writing and added much more valuable content; content that is more relevant to my audience and keeps them engaged wanting more. Now I only add keywords in the titles and I make sure I don’t overwhelm or bore my audience with too much repetition. Guess what? The conversion rate is much higher.

Is Poor Economy Affecting You More Than it Should?

I was on a conference call with Stephen Pierce today.  Stephen has proven methods of creating wealth on the internet and has a very impressive story about how he got started online.  Mr. Pierce made a comment during the call that rings true for many of us facing hard financial times because of the economy.  Is it really the economy or you that is struggling?  It is easy for us to blame the economy for a lot of our problems.  It seems people always look for excuses when it comes to lack of money; today it’s the economies fault.  Stephen Pierces comment was this: when are “you” going to be over the financial crises?

He has been sharing that with many people in his seminars right now because too many of the people in his audience are panicked.  They seem to be focused on the negative; no money or lack thereof; instead of the positive which is opportunity.

Are you one of those individuals who is making the same excuse everyone else is making right now?  Is the economy getting you down?

Sure there are issues that cannot be ignored.  Yes we are in a recession right now and who knows when we are going to get out of it.  On the bright side, there is a lot of hope.  Thousands of people are flocking to the internet as another way to make a buck.  Why? Because time and time again it has proven effective for those that really stick with it and enjoy what they offer with their business.  If you run an internet business the right way and learn different SEO strategies that will drive the right traffic to your site; you can make a lot of money and the economy will not effect you.  It’s true that sales are slower, but with an internet business you will have another financial bucket that will be filled.

Don’t give up!  Keep your heads up and start your internet business right now.  Quit procrastinating and just get started.

Consistency To Make Money on The Internet

Consistency is the key to your success, regardless of your profession. That especially rings true when you have an online business. It is very easy to focus your attention to an online business for a short time and lose the fire. The reason being is that your internet business will take some time to generate profit and the majority of people just don’t have the patience to put hard work into something that won’t give them immediate results. There are many internet gurus that make promises of making millions of dollars your first year on the internet. The truth is; there is more to making money on the internet than having someone click on your site.

Don’t get caught up in all of the hype of making millions online within months. There are many internet scams that promise huge returns with “no work required”. Typically these websites that you see have a lot of pictures of their wealth. They will show you their latest vehicles, mansions and even pictures of their money. Who throws cash on their bed and takes pictures of it? Is it really their house or car anyway? If it is, you have to consider the source and ask yourself how long it really took them to accumulate all of that wealth or debt.

My approach to internet success is long term. Your integrity is important; or at least it should be. Do what you say you are going to do. You will have lifetime clients that will return time and time again buying whatever you offer when you follow through. Your clients really become your employees in a way because they will refer so many buyers to you throughout the years. This too takes time to develop relationships of trust and confidence with people.

Do your best to avoid the traps of so called internet riches. Yes they are out there, but again, the best success you will ever have takes time to develop and the constant everyday improvement of your site will eventually get you there. You just have to be willing to put in the time, energy and effort to make success a reality for you.
